Se realiza pasando por diferentes estaciones o \u201cm\u00f3dulos\u201d donde se trabajan varias partes del cuerpo con materiales como pesas, gomas,&nbsp;steps&nbsp;o el propio peso corporal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada estaci\u00f3n tiene una duraci\u00f3n determinada y se hacen varias rondas, cosa que permite mantener un ritmo activo y motivador durante toda la sesi\u00f3n.
